Transportation from Honolulu Airport (HNL)

We have arranged transportation from the airport to the hotel through SpeediShuttle. If you have any trouble locating your greeter, please call SpeediShuttle at +1 (877) 242-5777 or call Caitlin at +1 (563) 554-3429.

For domestic arrivals, please look for a greeter in baggage claim holding a sign with your name. They will be wearing a red Polynesian shirt with green fern leaves and white flowers. Do not exit outside of baggage claim until you have located your greeter.

For international arrivals, once you have cleared customs, exit the main exit door of customs to the street and look for your greeter holding a name sign by the information counter. They will be wearing a red Polynesian shirt with green fern leaves and white flowers.

Parking is available free of charge to meeting participants in the Embassy Suites parking lot. At the East-West Center, there will be 5 reserved parking spaces in front of John A. Burns Hall. There will be cones in the stalls with your names on the parking pass clipped to the cones.
