Devon Terrill is the media program officer at the Stanley Foundation, where she works with media organizations and journalists to foster quality reporting on topics related to the foundation’s three issue areas: climate change, nuclear policy, and mass violence and atrocities. She also serves as commissioning editor for Courier, the foundation’s print and online magazine. Devon came to the foundation as an Emmy-nominated media professional with 18 years of experience working in the television and film industry, spanning cable and broadcast series, feature films, and documentaries. Peter Rickwood is a Canadian journalist who spent most of his career working in print reporting for The Toronto Star. From 2001 to 2009, he was a press officer in the International Atomic Energy Agency during and after the onset of the Iraq war providing journalists information based on the findings of its inspectors. In 2013 he launched Atomic Reporters, a Canadian incorporated non-profit, to help journalists access the nuclear file. Atomic Reporters has held workshops in India, the Middle East, and Europe bringing journalists and specialists together to share knowledge. More.
